We deep clean the surface removing dirt, grime, oils etc, and then seal and protect the surface not only from the items mentioned but also our seals protect the surface form scratches, wear and further damage. Our seals and finishes are part of a flexible floor care maintenance system which can be easily cleaned, maintained and when necessary re – coated without the need for lengthy stripping processes.
Now I mentioned maintenance, this is the key to all floors looking and staying their best. You may have your own people who take care of this. We can provide the additional training to assist with this, to give your floor the maximum benefit following the sealing and protecting process. Alternatively we can provide quotations for cleaning/polishing and periodic maintenance costs.
Wooden floors:
Very often there is no need to sand back your floor again! After all there is a limit to how often this can be done. Also lengthy shutdown’s, noise and dust are all reasons to consider a very good deep clean and re-coat at a fraction of the cost.
Vinyl, amtico and thermoplastic:
Again these surfaces quickly look tired and wear without good protection. A good quality seal will give a long lasting clean fresh look, making cleaning much easier.
Old, new, slate, stone, terracotta and all natural materials:
Once again these materials quickly become unsightly without proper protection. Some stone will have been protected with wax, we can continue with this if you wish or remove and apply more modern cleaner alternatives. Also stone may need some restoration before protection.
